Juniors

(Ages 8 - 12)

Junior dancers are ready to refine their technique and take on more structured routines. These classes include warm-ups, travelling steps, turns, jumps, and stylised choreography. Dancers will start to pick up choreography more quickly and learn performance skills like projection and timing. Juniors work on building strength, flexibility, and control while continuing to express their individuality.

Compemporary

In Junior Contemporary, dancers deepen their emotional and physical connection to movement. They learn expressive choreography, explore floorwork and partner work, and begin to understand dynamics like flow, pause, and contrast. The class also encourages creativity through guided improvisation and supports the development of artistry alongside strength and technique.
